I work from home and my vehicle is my office. Without it I'm not making an income. I had problems with the Throttle Body and Engine. I spoke to their service department and dropped it off for repair. I dropped my vehicle off that morning at 830a and they had it wrapped up and done before 2pm. Excellent customer service and reputable mechanics! Thank you guys for the speedy service!!
I would like to call out Rodriguez in the Parts department. He did an amazing job going above and beyond, making sure all of my questions were answered with as much detail as possible. He was very well respective and mannered, he kept a professional tone and energetic attitude throughout our entire conversation and I looked forward to reaching out to yall the next time I have an issue or questions. I needed help ordering a part for my truck that wasn’t installed at the factory and he did an amazing job clarifying and locating the part I needed and was able to get me taken care of.

Wish I could give more stars. Not only was the customer service amazing. They answered every question. Worked with us on the price. There was not pressure or anything. The people that helped us worked well together. Joe, Mark, and Nathan need to get employee of the month and a healthy raise.
I took my car in for the first time to have two recalls taken care of. I was hesitant because I've heard the stories of dealerships trying to push unnecessary repair services. I dropped the car off and was given a 24-48 hour time frame which they adhered to, car was done in just over a day. They offer free delivery of the vehicle for anyone who lives in town, so I got my car delivered to my house no charge. There was no pushing to do any additional maintenance beyond what we agreed to and everyone from start to finish was so professional and easy to deal with. This was a great dealership experience!

The service crew at Brighton Ford did me a huge solid last week. I was 6 hours from leaving on an international business trip when I found the wipers were dead on my F350. With my slide-in camper on the back, no other dealership would take it for the work. Brighton welcomed me with the camper on, fixed the wipers, and DELIVERED the truck back to my home so I could leave on time for a ten-day camping trip. Thanks for the services!

New 2018 Mustang GT350 Shelby, motor blowed up at 5K miles, Brighton was superb to deal with to get a new long block (entire engine) and get it installed. Have 17K miles on new engine-flawless performance. There is nothing like having 540 HP-with CAI-under your right foot❤️👏😜

Batteries in both of my key fobs went out. They replaced both batteries at no charge. I realize this is not a big expense but still a very nice gesture and was greatly appreciated.
Called and spoke to Luis the service advisor about getting an alignment done on my vehicle , I was told they were able to budge me into the schedule when I got their we received nothing but friendly service and honesty, Luis was very helpful and letting us know what was done to the vehicle. I recently purchased a new 2023 Ford Bronco Wildtrak. I’ve had my Bronco Wildtrak only a few days and I absolutely love it! This was my first time purchasing a Ford vehicle. Had an appointment for an oil/filter change and rotate the tires. I was in and out with no issues, service rep Luis was very nice and didn't try to sell me things my car didn't require.
The staff are respectful, knowledgeable and direct. Every question asked was answered completely and directly. I was here for service. They took the time to learn what was up, took care of the warranty details, notified me of a new recall and swapped the part while the car was there. Then they dropped my car back off at my home.
Best car buying experience we have ever had!!! 2 weeks ago I was searching for cars on-line. I saw a Ford Edge listed but no pictures. I did an online inquiry and within minutes, Nathan called me back. He explained that the car was not on the lot yet, but he expected it later that week. He said he would be in touch when it arrived. Wednesday he texted me pictures and asked when I would like to come see it. We couldn't get up there until 7pm. Nathan had the car up front and cleaned and detailed for us. Joe Arellano took over and accompanied us on a test drive. We proceeded with purchasing the car and we were in and out in under an hour! The entire sales team was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Excellent, creative customer service provided by Kelly. My brother was passing through Colorado and his Check Engine light went on just before his weekend departure. Unfortunately none of the metro Ford dealers had diesel engine mechanics working on the weekend to provide a diagnosis. Kelly used his VIN to look up the error code on their Ford system and said it was a non-critical error. This allowed him to leave town on time without the concern of a breakdown. No other Ford dealer we contacted took the time or had the knowledge to do this. Way to go Kelly and Brighton Ford!

I recently came in for a diagnostic and repair which ended up being a faulty RDU and wheel bearing. Nico was the gentleman who was helping us. I must say that he was so helpful, professional, and reassuring during the whole process. He always maintained excellent communication to let us know what was going on, and he was an all around excellent technician. Our experience with Nico was nothing but positive!! His helpfulness was so calming during a time of stress.

I have a commercial account at O'Mara Ford and they told me sorry can't do anything for you. I rushed straight over from I-25 and 104th and the guy at the parts counter was an awesome help . My experiences with car dealerships has always felt like I wasn’t important and only a ticketed number with a dollar sign attached to it. I almost gave up on my Ford and bought a Chevy; thanks Kevin for keeping me from making a grave mistake! I will use this service department again and again and also recommend them to everyone!!
One of the easiest, and smoothest car buying experiences I've had. Some other local Ford dealers are a bit rough to say the least so Brighton Ford and my sales rep Ashot were a breath of fresh air.

Took my Ford Fiesta in for repairs only to find out they can’t get the part so I decided to browse the used cars. Test drove a 2014 Toyota RAV4 Limited. This car is so nice I never thought it would work out, but Maynard Morrison works magic and now I am driving that super nice RAV4 everyday.

We had an excellent service experience with Ariana, Kevin and the diesel mechanic. We were stuck 600 miles from home and the turbo quit working on our F250 diesel truck. We stored our RV/trailer in a secured back lot. In less than 2 days, our F250 was running like a top once again. We would highly recommend Brighton Service to family and friends.

Reviewing the service center. So far this has been the best service center for ford I have gone to. I had to drive all the way from south Denver for good service. The girls at the front desk were very nice and friendly. tech were quick and knowledgeable. I brought in a 2019 ford 350 for a fuel issue and they were able to get me a good turnaround for repairs. They had my truck for a few days while parts got ordered. Few days to wait is nothing compared to other Ford dealership I have been to. I will be bringing my company vehicles here in the future for services. Thanks to everyone at Brighton Ford!

Have had issues in the past with Quick Lane, But Steve Mriscin the new (?) manager is doing a great job now. They did a great job replacing the battery in my Transit Connect ( not easy to do in this vehicle ) They did a great job replacing tires and working in the spare tire on the Transit Connect. Best prices on parts / service!
Had to have an airbag replaced due to a recall. Service personnel were very easy to work with and polite. Got it replaced in just a few hours. Whole process went smooth and quick.

Great experience. Most people don’t look forward to the process of buying a new car and I was one of them. Staff was super helpful and worked with us to find the right vehicle at the right price. They took our trade in and gave us a fair offer. We worked with Isaac and he was phenomenal throughout the process. Rudy, the finance manager we worked with, made sure to explain everything clearly so we knew exactly what we were agreeing to. We’ll be going back when it’s time for another vehicle.
Traded in 2 of our vehicles over the weekend to drop down to 1. Matthew took care of us and everything went smoothly (trade-in, test drive and financing). The value given for our trade ins were very close to what I was estimating so no issues there. Pricing for our vehicle purchase was upfront and better than other dealerships including internet dealers. Very pleased to have done business here and would do so again. Definitely worth the drive up from Centennial.

Years ago, I bought a brand new car, at a different dealership. When I was told I had good news And bad news . I should have ran out fast. Never felt more discriminated in my life from the way they treated me. Don't go to the Ford Dealership in Brighton. Updating my review - After my initial review, which to be fair it was because of the way I was treated by one of the service reps. He told me at first (among other things) my recall didn't need to be fixed because there was no issue, even though I was experiencing the issues they had checked my vehicle on a previous appointment at the dealership and private mechanic as well and they confirmed it needed fixed. Monica Kidd replied and asked me to call her, which I did. She was very helpful and understanding. She put me in contact with Justin the service manager, he worked on making me an appointment to get the issue in my vehicle taken care of. It took a while to make the appointment because I was hesitant to go back but I gave them a try one more time for the convenience of being close to home. Anyways, I just took my vehicle this past week, I left it there for a couple days, and they did what they were supposed to. I had a different rep this time and he was to the point, honest and RESPECTFUL. Everything went smoothly this time which is all I ask for. Thank you for making it right.
I asked to look at a particular car and was always taken to different cars. I love my car, but I wish the sales person listened to me more.
I came to Brighton Ford from southern Colorado to pick up a Ford Ranger that had just come in. I primarily worked with Nate in internet sales. Nate was able to get a good portion of the paperwork out of the way and allowed me to place a deposit on the truck to make sure I could pick it up at a convenient time later that week. I finalized most of the financial arrangements over the phone and through email and had to walk one of his coworkers through the process and make sure that all of my rebates were applied correctly. The difference between the proposed monthly payment and the actual monthly payments with the rebates was about $50/month and I'm glad I was able to handle those issues at home rather than at the dealership. When I came in to pick it up the paperwork was already prepared, but there were some delays caused by difficulties applying all of my rebates to the purchase. All in all, my wife and I were in the dealership signing for less than about 45 minutes. The truck was clean and ready to go along with some scented air fresheners in the air vents. I found this to be a very welcome addition, but I can see how certain customers may not like the scent. I have really enjoyed it and it has kept the truck smelling great and fresh. Ultimately, I would certainly do business with Brighton Ford in the future and appreciated the price on the truck with the ability to handle a large portion of the negotiation and paperwork remotely.
Waste of time, they say one thing on the phone, something else on the website and something completely different at the place, continue to offer models that I'm not interested in because that's what they think suits me best, in a nutshell, there is a nice collection at the entrance
Service side of ford did not get my truck done in a timely manner for a simple fix and had to wait almost 2 weeks for an o-ring leak and oil change
Suggest you request old parts. I paid them to change the timing chain, water pump, and other parts on sn F150 last fall. Two months later, another shop told me I needed a new water pump. Turns out Brighton Ford charged me for work they didn't do. They replaced the water pump (hopefully) at no add'l cost after bringing the truck back in. Now I'm wondering if they replaced the timing chain.
I have been going here for 5 years now. And every time I come back the service just keeps getting worse and worse. Honestly the only person who is even halfway pleasant to work with is the front desk guy Filipe. The woman that works in the service department has never once been friendly or approachable and the service has just gone downhill especially in the last year. Save your money. Go to literally any other Ford in Colorado.
Sales people stay in hiding
They charged me $300, and they did nothing. Update... the manager called and apologized and refunded me the $300.
once again they let me down. salesman ghosted me on a deal so I sent an email to Josh Mead. A different manager got back to me within a few minutes. me offered me 56k on my trade that I just bought from them for 70 1 year ago. I told them I would buy their truck if they could get the payments $8 less (anout $800) on there used 23 f350. after waiting 3 days I decided to contact Ken Graff for in Fort Collins, not only did the offer me 59,700 for my trade but they sold me a brand new F350 with same options for 4500 under MSRP. that made the payments less that BF used one with 9100 miles. would really me nice to work with my local dealer but they have been unreasonable since 2020.
Went here to purchase our mustang. No one came out to help us and they locked the vehicles from the inside as they stared out the windows. Will NEVER be purchasing from this dealership
To be honest this specific location is typically understocked and over priced the sales team seems nice enough and do there best to work with what they have.
The buying experience was great and we love the Audi we bought. Within the first week of having the car we took it to an Audi dealership and were informed that the coolant tank was in bad shape with 'severe contamination' (their words). Brighton Ford said they could do a coolant flush, but the Audi dealership was pretty confident that it would only be a short-term/band-aid fix since the new coolant would likely get contaminated also. We opted to replace the coolant tank at the Audi dealership so the car would be fixed to our liking and asked if Brighton Ford would cover/help with the $1,000 bill. Sadly, the answer was no. To be fair, we purchased the vehicle as-is and declined all warranties, so Brighton Ford was under no obligation to help. Nonetheless, it was still a downer seeing as how the car was clearly sold to us with the issue (which was missed when Brighton Ford did their own inspection). It would seem that offering to cover at least a portion of the bill as a show of good faith would be the right thing to do for customer service/satisfaction, but oh well.
My expectation is that my car is returned in the same condition as when I left it. We keep our cars’ interiors clean; however, when I picked up my Edge yesterday, the driver’s side was filthy: mud on the mat, carpet etc. They must have left a window open because there was dirt on the dash and controls. The first picture is the passenger side to show how we keep our car. The rest are how Brighton Ford left it for me to pick up.
If I could give this a negative star, I would. We brought our car in for a recall replacement and were told it wouldn’t be covered, yet were still charged $250 for “diagnostics,” and nothing was actually fixed. The recall part wasn’t even replaced, and no one could clearly explain why it wasn’t the issue. This is exactly why we usually avoid dealerships. We’ve felt taken advantage of before, and this just confirmed it. Paying $250 for no resolution and then being quoted $1,800 on top of that is beyond frustrating. Thank you for absolutely nothing.
Sucks to write a bad review for Ford, but their service department seems to be a little slow. I started experiencing misfires, and I recently had a service here to replace spark plugs are year ago. Decided to change them my self in attempt to remedy the misfires. All the housings from for my ignition coils were all stripped and not even tightened. No wonder I'm getting misfires. When I picked up the truck the day of my service appointment, I opened the hood to make sure everything was all good to drive off with, and noticed my after market air box wasn't even fully reassembled. That should have given me a red flag then, but it's Ford, so I let it slide. Bad mistake on my part I guess
If I could give no stars I would.Worst dealership ever! Went to them for an oil change and they did not screw on the bottom guard! It fell off on the highway. Called and was told to ziptie it! This was not easy at all! When my husband got to the dealership the Manager of services was absolutely rude. He kept interrupting my husband when he was asking questions. This manager swears that my husband was ready to fight him which was not the case. The manager then proceeded to stop my husband mid sentence and tell him that this conversation was over and he had to "pick up his child from school!"Funny thing is my husband had to make arrangements to have my child picked up due to this inconvenience. I called and spoke to the manager myself the next day and he was very RUDE and condescending! He spoke over me and kept interrupting. I had to tell him multiple times that he had his time to speak and now it was my turn. He kept saying it was my husband and taking no ACCOUNTABILITY for his rudeness. He then said that he was about to call the cops because he felt "afraid for his safety!" If he was so concerned why did my husband walk out with his secretary and there was no problems nor was she worried for her safety? After hanging up with him I proceeded to call and speak to his boss, they were out of town and I left a voicemail. However there was never a follow up call from his boss so something tells me that they are ok with how their service manager talks to people. I would never go back there especially because of how we were treated and ghosted. If you don't want any issues with your car I would seek a different dealership.
They are horrible at getting back to you. The finance management team sucks. I bought a warranty and sold my car. This has been already going on three months ago still have not gotten any call back when in talk to a finance manager said they were going to send my paperwork in still didn’t send my paperwork in the warranty company called me because Ford was still trying to take money from me withdrawing out of my card when I don’t even have the card that I bought from them anymore, so I had to stop the payments and the warranty company called Ford and they still haven’t received anything. Any money back any warranty check back no communication. No one’s called me back. They’re horrible at their communication getting back to somebody. All they wanna do is quickly sell you a car and that’s it. Also, since he sold me a car and they didn’t, they said they checked everything on it. They said they put new rotors on it. My husband checked the rotors and they’re arrested so they asked them to replace them. I took it to Lincoln in Broomfield because I bought a Lincoln and they had to get replaced the rotor rotors a year later the rotors and the brakes they said they did not replace the rotors when they said they did at the Ford place and they did not put factory so that means they didn’t put a warranty on them to be replaced for free so I had to pay out-of-pocket for them to be replaced so they lied
Be careful about any “extras” during the finance portion of a vehicle purchase. I purchased a new vehicle and was lead to believe I was paying for an extended warranty that would come into play after the factory warranty. Fast forward 1 year 19,000 miles later, traded the car in for another Ford, newer model and found out they sold me a warranty that is the same as the factory warranty that comes with the vehicle. So even if something would have failed, the extra warranty would have done me no good. Was lead to believe i would receive a full refund but only received 2/3 after I called 13 times and spoke to 7 people.
PROTECT YOURSELF by taking your own photos and requiring a condition report when you drop off. Make sure to reinspect for onsite damage before accepting your vehicle after any service. My extended warranty required removal and reinstallation of my front bumper and that this could only be done by THIS dealer. I later discovered a “crack” on the front of my bumper that was never there before. I patiently and repeatedly contacted Vittoria (my service rep) over 4 weeks but received no reply or follow up. When I approached the Service manager, he only provided 1 blurry photo that did not even show my area of concern. Poor customer service all the way around. I do not trust this business and will never do business with Brighton Ford Service or Sales Departments again due to their dishonesty with me. CAUTION: If you buy an a vehicle with an extended warranty it must be worked on by their service department. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
I was traveling from New York to Colorado and had an issue with my new F-250. And they told me it would be a month before they could help. It was a minor electrical issue that I could not do myself roadside. This is not the customer service I would expect from Ford or a Ford dealer
This has got to be some of the worst customer service I've received. They have had my 2021 Expedition Max for over 10 weeks with almost zero progress. They are claiming that the OEM part needed to complete the repair is on nation wide back order. However, when I do a search for the needed part it seems to be available. I should have taken my business elsewhere. David, the service "advisor" hasn't responded to my requests for updates for a week. I've sent screenshots of the necessary parts indicating that it's available in other parts of the country but nothing but crickets from David. Justin, the "Service" manager is abrasive, rude and seems to lack a fundamental understanding of what customer service means. Here's a couple gems from a recent conversation; "we're not Ford, we're a franchise", "well, I'm not the one that wrecked your car". I've been happy with our car but, the service I've received from Ford is horrendous. I doubt our next vehicle purchase will be a Ford. If you have the option, my advice would be to stay as far away from this dealership as possible. ZERO stars should really be an option... that's my actual rating of the service level I've received.
I have a ford maintenance contract. It pays for any covered maintenance item, with a $0 deductible. My wife took her Bronco sport in for an oil change & new wiper blades. After the service they tell her she needs to pay the deductible. After arguing & them making her cry, she paid it. They still won't refund the fraudulent charge. This place is a disgrace to Ford.
BOUGHT A 2024 F150, NOTICED A VIBRATION ON THE DRIVE HOME FROM THE DEALER. BEEN AT THE DEALER FOR OVER 6 WEEKS, SERVICE TEAM IS UNABLE TO FIND ISSUE. SPOKE WITH BRIGHTON ABOUT TAKING TRUCK BACK, THEY ARE ASKING FOR ANOTHER 6K TO GET INTO THE SAME TRUCK WITHOUT ISSUE. NOT WILLING TO STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT.

I’ve lived in Brighton for 50 years, and will now be going to Johnson’s for my future car needs.
The quick lane service which you have to do by appointment says it will take a hour for a oil change which seems like a long time and then it takes twice as long it is ridiculous that it takes that long with no concern for your time .Terrible experience
I paid for a used explorer with 20 thousand more miles. The interest was 84 thousand Dolores and I put 15 thousand and came out owing the same. Please don't go to this dealer, they never solve anything.

On 12/18/23, I was interested in trading in my 2011 Ford F150 for a new truck and spoke to Zach in new car sales. He told me he had to talk to his manager about a trade in value and called me and offered me $10,000 for my truck after Brighton Ford sold it to me for over $20,000 not even 1.5 years ago. Zach then told me the used car market has been volatile the last few years and I told him if anything, the value of vehicles has gone up over the past few years, not down. Zach also told me the retail value and what they sell it is always more than what they'd pay for it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. I will never, ever buy another vehicle there again.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BRIGHTON FORD. My 22 Expedition went in for warranty work for a leak in my CV Axel.When attempting to picking up my vehicle after about 20 mins I was informed the vehicle would not go into gear unless it was in 4WD. They pulled the vehicle in to the shop and determined the WRONG part was installed on my vehicle. I spoke with the service manager. After another week of them having the vehicle I was treated as if it was my fault by their Service Manager Justin Ostby. Justin was rude and dismissive of my issue when I requested a letter indicating what had happened. Justin made claims such as "I checked security cameras your vehicle was never driven" "I am not going to risk my job for you to have documentation" Justin lied about my vehicle being test driven (I watched them drive my vehicle across the lot), I believe he lied about talking to ownership and he refused to give me a letter or proper notes indicating what had happened.In fact on pickup of my vehicle Justin's service department sent my wife home with the incorrect invoice. Luckily I have a very clear and concise voicemail indicating they are at fault. This was not the first issue I have had with them I took my 22 f150 in over the summer for an issue with a turn signal, during that time of them repairing it they bent my side view mirror and took nearly two months to have it replaced with no communication or returned calls from the department or their service manager Justin Ostby.
This dealership is a complete scam. They will try to work you for every penny they can get. They flat out lied and never ran my pre-approval certificate so that they could finance me through their own bank to get a huge cut. Don't fall for their warrenty offers either. You'll pay thousands on a warrenty that will expire before you even use it.They act real nice til you catch them. This is legal stealing and completely unprofessional. They upped the interest by almost 5% from what my pre-approval certificate was for. It's worth taking your business elsewhere.
I took a gamble with the Quick Lane service department and lost. If you want your vehicle to be respected, look elsewhere. Took in my 2018 Focus RS and when I picked up the car, there were oily fingerprints on the door handles, hood and above the wheels. The worst part was the scratches added to this well kept, vehicle.

Three months ago I bought a Toyota Corolla with 20,000 miles but they didn't do the inspection that was required to sell it to me the first week I took it in because they had I had to change the tires later and then another time I had it because of a very strange vibration where they told me it was the engine failure. I left the car with them for a week and they didn't fix it and this is the date they still haven't made any repairs and the person in charge of this work in the workshop every time I go he tells me a different story and he is not at all pleasant to deal with the public about this two months ago and I still have the car without fixing it later I had to take it back because it had the pills worn brakes I had to pay them 500 dollars to have them changed today I went again and they told me that the part was in the shop but I also have to pay them 100 dollars more to fix it and I had to leave the car with them but they couldn't give a rental car to return to my house, so my experience in this DILER has been terrible and I do not recommend it to anyone because they are very fast to sell you a car but to make the corresponding arrangements they are very informal, I hope I can get out of this problems soon because tomorrow I am going to talk to your director to see what answer and solution he gives me to my problem because believe me, all this that is happening to me is very frustrating I give them one star because the truth is I have had a very bad experience and I don't want it to happen to someone else. Went there a couple of times looking for a new ride,(been close to a year since I've last gone this interaction made them lose any and all business from me) held the door open for some of the salesmen asked them about trade in for my truck for something else they asked me my trucks year and the rest of the info and told me that I can leave as it, and i wasn't worth their time, thought they would take older trucks mine was a 2010 ford f150 with low miles for the year. Honestly pretty rude and embarrassing With how they put it and acted infront of other customers.
Horrible dealer!! Don’t trust them for registration purposes. Months later I still don’t have my tags. They won’t take accountability for their errors. Also they get vehicles from auctions with wrong odometer statements. Beware!!!

Went in today for a transmissions repair that ford has to do based on the US government involvement due to a class action lawsuit. Informed that the my appointment can be booked I'm 6 to 8mths. That's one way to get out of repairing what you sold to the general public. Real shame to see what dealerships are capable of. We sell a known subpar product and when we get caught and mandated by the government to fix all cars affected no matter the warranty or not we squirm our way out of it by telling our customers well its gonna be 8 months to fix it. I work at a hospital. What if you had a heart attack and we said well nothing we can do for ya. Come back in 8 mths. Ridiculous customer service and really a sad company. Unfortunately I'm just mad at myself. Who buys a ford anyway. Never again. Thanks for the lesson ford. Definitely learned it and thanks to you ford of brighton I'll learn it the hard way. Buy imports

So I see a vehicle advertised at a good price so I drive out to Brighton and negotiate on the vehicle. I was going to take the evening and discuss the deal with my husband before purchasing. When I got home I did the math and discovered they were charging 2000 more for the vehicle than the advertised price. I really had my eye on a different vehicle but it was a bit out of price range until I discovered it was advertized less than the original vehicle I negotiated on. When I called to confront them on this discovery and let them know I was interested in the other one the salesman said he would have to get back to me. After he researched and found what I was looking at he waited until right before he was walking out the door to call me which was a couple of hours later to let me know he found what I was looking at but that was not the right price and failed to let me know the other vehicle was pending sale. I called him back immediately but he had already left. The very next day the prices were changed on three they had advertised. He also kept trying to tell me the vehicle has to have a certain amount of miles on it for their Demo program and the vehicle wasnt available. I want the vehicle new at the price advertised. I tried to contact someone through their chat and find out more info but I havent heard from anyone. I am very disappointed as I really like that vehicle and would love to come buy it but my gut says not too.

I went in to get my 50k maintenance done. After flushing my breaks they didn’t clear the air out of the lines causing me to roll back into someone. I gave them a second chance to diag a check engine light. I had two lights and they only checked one. They never called me when the part was in and when I called, Kevin the service supervisor told me I never should have even come in and began yelling at me. I am beyond upset and nobody at this company cares.
They like to try to sell you trucks that have sat on the lot for over a year that they can’t move, and than slam a business card on the table like you don’t have enough money for it. Dude went to negotiate price with manager, came back with the same exact things. Coming from a New York guy, this dealership screams sleezy. Stay Away.
Staff was great, got the car I was after but the warranty offered (lackluster to say the least) and fact that the spare key (the previous owner lost) was my issue to pay for are the reasons it's not a higher review. Edit: The longer I have a vehicle financed from this place the worse it gets. They sold me a lemon. They don't care to help out with anything. If you can go to ANY other dealership, do!

They simply don’t want my business. Every time I’ve tried to get my truck serviced, they’re booked out for weeks. No loaners available either. I’ve even tried ordering a truck from them and got told “we’re not placing orders at this time. Every time I try to give them my business they turn it down.
We held a car at this dealership that is coming in first week of May but went by the dealership to look at a few other cars and maybe grab something a bit sooner. The sales people at this dealership were rude at best. The had one car we had called about pulled around but didn't ask us any questions, didn't offer to let us drive just unlocked it and said "I'm going to go look at your trades" and disappeared for at least 40 minutes - leaving us sitting outside with our three kids in the sun just waiting on him to come back around. We asked if we could drive it and they just wanted to see our other trades. Everything was cold, abrupt, and just flat out rude. They didn't care about us as people even a little bit. On top of that - the dealership was dirty! Rusty nails, cigarette butts on the ground, bottle caps everywhere - so while my three kids were stuck outside they couldn't even get down and run around because the place was not even safe. We bought a car somewhere else and will never be back to and will never recommend Brighton Ford. One of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had! They lost our deal (and the money we had on reserve for a car).
My wife took our towing rig to Brighton Ford for an oil change and to get a code read. Should have been simple enough. The level of discrimination and sexism shown by their sales rep Patrick, was both extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. We were forced to wait until this morning to pick up our truck even though we tried picking it up during business hours on Friday. All while trying to talk my wife into parts that would have cost over a thousand dollars and holding the truck for even longer. The front desk at the service department needs a severe overhaul. We will not be returning.
I truly don’t recommend anyone to go here. As I’ve taken my truck a couple of months ago, and after countless attempts of trying to get in contact with them, I was never able to get in contact with them. We were told a price and a time when the vehicle would be ready, after two weeks of when it was supposed to be ready, I got in contact with them asking about when I could pick up my vehicle and then I was told it would cost thousands of dollars more to fix. I experienced nothing but unprofessionalism specifically from Justin (manager) and Patrick (service employee)
On behalf of my car dealership, after taking a vehicle several months ago, it has been nothing but difficult when working with them when they agreed to fix my vehicle and after countless times of trying to go for the vehicle, ive been told that it hasn't been ready and they continously kept adding thousands of dollars in order to fix the same problems we were told would be fixed from the beginning. Brighton Ford is so completly unprofesional and genuinley suggest and advice no one to go here. So unprofesional, especially from their service manager, Justin.

The customer service is horrible there. Multiple times I have dropped my truck off there and they don't call you back or update you. I have had to call and try to get updates. One time I dropped my truck off when they opened to get a oil change and didn't get it back till around 5pm and that's cause I called for a update. I took it in to get some parts under warranty and they kept telling me it's not covered but when I did their work and called the warranty people they told me it was. When I dropped it off for the warranty service i didnt hear back from them till noon the next day. I tried texting the number they said i could text for updates and I call at the end of the night that day i dropped the truck off and the service adviser already left for the day. I tried talking to the service manager (Justin) and all he wanted to do was argue with me. Long story short Brighton Ford lost my service and I won't recommend anyone there cause they have horrible communication and don't try to help their customers when they get their vehicle serviced there.

This is a long one coming. I had some concerns and had taken it it I left it at 8am. I left and was being patient until I noticed it was almost closing time. I called in they said my “tech” Nico went home early and that he would get to it on Monday. There was never a conversation about leaving my car for the weekend which I couldn’t do nor was I alerted that it had no been even looked at for the entire time of it being there. I took it back for the same concerns some were addressed but in this a man up front Luis, said the techs noticed hot spots on my rotors. This is a 2021 car that I got late in the year. Luis said is mostly likely from me going fast then slamming on my breaks. After investigating we discovered that the vehicle had a previous recall done causing these hot spots. Then it was a fight of getting it fix. The service manager Justin told Luis to just get it fixed. I told Luis that I relocated an hour away and if it’s possible to get it done else where. LongER story short I have driven up there twice now 2 hours round trip, with verbal confirmation this time from Steve that my parts are in shop, I have spent hours waiting to them be told “looks like we don’t have the parts” This place has no respect for peoples time. And do not care about the service they provide. BUY ELSE WHERE, GO ELSE WHER.
Have issues with the service side. Trying to get hubs bearings replaced since January. Have received no calls about the parts. Service writer left and no one let us know she was gone. Plus parts order was canceled. Have called and no return calls. Called Ford and that was a waste of time. Told yesterday the service writer was checking on the parts and would call me back in 10 minutes. Still have not received a call back. One star is to much.
Brighton Ford has had my truck for a week and a half to do a couple repairs. When I originally spoke with them, I was told 2 to 3 days. I was called nine days inn and informed my truck will be done at 4 o’clock that evening, showed up and they told me they had me confused with a different client and the had not even started the repairs (on day 9)… but was assured it would be done the next day (Friday and day 10) by 4 pm - showed up then, and told its not quite ready, and should be ready the following Monday… This place is over an hour from me Unfortunately, this place has changed from prior years… look forward to never bringing my vehicles here again.
Took are 2015 Honda to get a oil change they stated we needed all new brakes and routers on all 4.Wheels. They assured us that text knew how to work on other types of cars We agreed payed for everything. 3 months later as we were driving the brake line snaps and we had car towed. They fixed the damage and they assured us they fixed it correctly this time. Another 3 months later same issue had it confirmed thru another dealership. After they looked it over informed us whoever did the brake repairs failed to put bolts or tighten bolts witch caused the brake line to snap which caused a lot more damage.
There was a time when Brighton Ford was a great Lot that really cared about the people. Anymore they only carry about the money. Over the years I have bought several vehicles from them and I’ve tried to buy my last couple from them as well. Other lots that aren’t even considered to be that great give me thousands off of what my supposed home town lot will offer. They don’t even seem to care to lose business as dozens of my coworkers are all giving me the same story. No more loyalty at this place.
Took our 2016 Ford Fusion in for a few issues. After bringing it in, we found out the steering wheel control module, wheel and wheel bearing needed replaced. The dealership ordered the parts and said they would contact me when they came in. This was back in September!! Didn't hear anything for months, which we somewhat expected due to all the shortages. We took our Fusion in to get a normal oil change about 2 weeks ago and decided just to check to see if the parts came in. When we asked they said "oh, ya, your parts are here."(Great job letting us know! Let that one go.) I asked if the parts for the wheel bearing and the steering wheel control module came in, they said yes. We scheduled an appointment for 1/28/22 to get the vehicle fixed. We bring the car in and as we are dropping it off, the people at the desk tell me, only the parts for the wheel bearing and wheel are here.... WHAT!? You just told me 2 weeks ago the parts for both were here! Absolutely ridiculous and a HUGE waste of my time! Waited almost 5 months, just to be jerked around and have nothing done! Told them we were done and never coming back. They didn't even try to retain my business. Just said they understood and let us walk out. Then today we get an email saying we missed our appointment...Guessing they didn't want this to get out? I wont even get started on when they screwed me around in sales when I tried to buy my Raptor and gave me some BS about not being able to take my lease back. Groove Ford sold me a Raptor no problem! This was the straw that broke the camel's back! We will never bring our vehicles here for anything again!
